Compliance Assistance Program
The Compliance Assistance Program (CAP) module can help you organize your program requirements and communicate key dates and tasks to your location managers. First you will need to build a customized task list based on dates and facility types to help you manage and direct your programs. You can complete this component in CAP Question Administration.
Locations can complete the monthly CAP report that you built.
CAP Monthly Report
- Click on Applications
- Move cursor down to CAP
- If the report has not been started, click
[Start This Month CAP] button
- Complete each question in the report
- The CAP Monthly Report is available for editing until the 5th of the following month.
- After that date the report is available as view only.
- Remember to save your changes.
Local CAP Questions
Location Managers can add location specific CAP questions to the Monthly Report for their location only.
- Click on Administration
- Move cursor down to Administration
- Click on Local CAP Question
- Click
[New CAP Question]
- Select the location from the drop down box, then enter the question and description
- Each local CAP Question answer type will be yes/no radio buttons
- Choose a question frequency and start month
- Click
[Save] button to save your changes.
- Once added, a local CAP Question can be edited and deleted.

View ALL CAP Questions
- Click on Applications
- Move cursor down to CAP
- Click on
[View All Cap Questions For Year]
