Corporate users can build a fully customized observation form using the Checklist Administration.
Click on Administration
Scroll down to Programs ( C )
Move curser to Behavior Safety Administration
Select Checklist Administration
Type a checklist type/title and then click the [Add] button.
Click on the checklist type/title to open the categories screen.
Edit the Checklist Name if necessary.
Assign the checklist to location types. Click the [Update] button.
Use the cursor to click and highlight a category. Use the arrow buttons on the screen to arrange the categories.
If desired, type a custom category in the text box. Click the Add button to add it to the list of available categories. Use the Delete button to remove a custom category from the list of available categories.
Click on a category to customize the behaviors.
Use the cursor to click and highlight a behavior. Use the arrow buttons on the screen to arrange to behaviors.
If desired, type a custom behavior in the text box. Click the Add button to add it to the list of behaviors. Use the Delete button to remove a custom behavior from the list of available behaviors.
