Add Job Plans
- Click on Administration
- Move cursor down to Programs ( C )
- Select Preventative Maintenance
- Click

- Then click



- Add job plan name
- Choose a frequency
- Select a report group if one exists
- Check the box to include in reporting by default
- Check the Critical: box if this job plan is specifically for machines marked critical
- This allows the company and the locations managing their equipment to assign additional job plans to equipment that may be more critical than simple preventive maintenance. Corporate users will be able to designate job plans as critical and those designated job plans will show up as required job plans for the machines also marked as critical.
- Enter the step Name
- Enter addition text and notes
- Remember to hit save
Now add steps and upload files to the Job Plan
1. Use buttons to edit and delete steps 2. Click the button to edit a job plan, add steps, and upload pictures/files.
You are able to upload files on the screen below or click the "edit" button and upload files as well. (shown below)
