"You have to inspect what you expect..." This is the basis of the RCI Audit Module. Polices set the expectations and audits monitor the level of compliance within the expectations. RCI's Audit Module handles this by linking audit questions to the policy administration area.
Click on Administration tab
Scroll down to Programs (C)
Select Policy Manual Administration
Enter Audit Questions
Click on the [Audit] button to enter audit questions.
Type the audit question.
Provide an explanation for the question, if necessary.
Check if "N/A".
Enter a maximum value for the question.
Determine the Risk Assessment score.
Click to edit an existing audit question. Click to delete an existing audit question.
Use the arrow buttons to arrange the audit question order.
Click [Save] to save the new audit question. Click [Cancel]to return to the Policy Manual Admin page.
