Changing Password
Changing your own password is crucial to keeping your account secure. Please check with your company IT department to ensure your password meets the company standards for data security. At a minimum your new password will need to be 5 characters long, additionally we suggest that you use a combination of letters and numbers. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive.
There are two easy methods for changing your password.
First Method:
- Log into RCI's site using your existing password
- Click on your name in the info bar in the upper right corner of the screen

- This is a short cut to your profile. Here you can edit your name, email, password, and other information such as your address and phone numbers.
- Click on the "Password" Tab
- Type your new password, as well as your new password confirmation
- Remember to press the
[Save] button to save your new password choice
Second Method:
- Click on Administration
- Move cursor down to Administration (Administration (C) if you are a corporate user)
- Select User / Employee Administration
- Click the
button next to your name (or other user who needs an updated password)
- Select the "Password" tab
- Select Change Password and then enter your new password choice
- Remember to save your changes
When logging in, the message below will appear if you have been forced to change your password. Follow the prompts to enter the current password and new password. Click the button to save the new password.
