Provide reason for change. Can not save changes without text entered in this field. This text will be saved with the policy version.
Amend policy name and number, if necessary
Change document owner, if necessary
Edit facility types that receive access to the policy, if necessary
Check the Show Audit Questions: box, if desired
Edit manual section where the policy is displayed, if necessary
Edit policy text, if necessary (For more information, see Text Editor)
Check the box next to any supporting documents that should be deleted (remember to hit ) DO NOT hit delete. Doing so could delete the ENTIRE policy!
Click [Browse] to find the file within your documents. Provide a friendly name. Click Add Anotherand repeat steps if more than one file is being uploaded
Check the box to send a change alert to all users
Remember to save changes
Draft Policy
Click on Administration
Scroll down to Programs ( C )
Select Policy Manual Administration
Click the button next to the policy
Make any necessary changes
Unselect the Draft: box if the policy is ready to be available to location users
