Flash Reports
Corporate, Business Unit, and Regional users can make limited incident details available to all locations by using Flash Reports. This is a very useful communication tool. Location managers can be aware of incidents occurring at other sites and be proactive about preventing a similar incident before it happens!

- Click on Applications
- Move cursor down to Incident Reporting
- Click on Recordable / First Aid Incidents or Other Incidents

[Save]

Removing Flash Reports
Sometimes it makes sense to remove a Flash report. Corporate, Business Unit, and Regional users can do this task. Doing so only removes it from the Flash Report list. It does not affect the incident in any other way.
- Click on Applications
- Move cursor down to Incident Reporting
- Click on Flash Reports
- Press the
[Remove] button
