Incident Investigation
The Incident Reporting Application allows you to fully investigate all incidents. You can also upload pictures and other files to your investigations. In addition, our system helps you assign corrective actions related to incident investigations.
Incident Investigations
- Click on Applications
- Move cursor down to Incident Reporting
- Click on Recordable / First Aid Incidents or Other Incidents
- To start an invesigation of an incident click on
 [Start Investigation] button. (see screen shot below)
- To investigate an incident press the
 [Investigate] button next to the entry
- Enter information for each section of the investigation
- Press the
 [Save] button to save changes
Open / Closed Investigations
Manage and track the status of all investigations at the corporate and location levels.
- Click on Applications
- Move cursor down to Incident Reporting
- Click on Open / Closed Incident Investigations
- Use the filters and date picker to customize the list of Investigations displayed
- Click the
 [Incident] or  [Investigation] buttons to view, edit, or close the incident or investigation
