Logging In
Logging into the RCI applications site correctly is crucial to tracking and managing the data for your company.
Use the login form on RCI's website, https://applications.rci-safety.com/
- Type your assigned username. The username is not case sensitive.
- Type your assigned password. The password is case sensitive.
- Click
 [Login]
Troubleshooting
Forgot Password
- On the RCI Login Page, click
- Enter your username when prompted, then click
 [Find Password]
Hint: There must be a valid email address provided during employee/user registration for this method to be successful
Login Failed
If the username or password is incorrect you will receive this message:
Confirm the username and password are correct, then try again.
If the incorrect username / password combination is entered multiple times this message with appear:
If this occurs, simply wait for 10-20 minutes and attempt to login again. It may be beneficial to confirm your username and password while you wait!
