Behavior Safety Requirements
Corporate users can set up Behavior Safety Requirements for the company.
- Click on Administration
- Scroll down to Programs ( C )
- Move curser to Behavior Safety Administration
- Select Behavior Safety Requirements

- Check the box if observations are required. This will influence the required observations count displayed on the Behavior Safety page
- Enter number of required observations per employee position per month
- Select the employee positions that are required to do observations
- The Required Observations count is calculated by multiplying Number of Observations by amount of employees with a required position.
- The Required Observations count is recalculated on the 1st of each month
- Check the forced incidents box if an incident should be automatically created from a survey question answered with the set value. For example, if the set value is Un-Safe, an incident will be produced when this choice is selected on the behavior safety observation survey.
- Check the box if "Barrier" should be an option on the survey
- Choose a default observation setting for the survey
- Check the box if manual task entry is allowed
- Determine which observation choice will create an incident
- Determine if one or many incidents will be created per observation
- Make a selection if any selections should require a comment before the observation will successfully save
- Pick incident type
- Remember to save your changes
