The Report Library is home to all reports generated from information collected in Incident Reporting, Training Module, Audit Module, Behavior Based Safety, Compliance Assistance Program, Preventative Maintenance, and Task Hazard Analysis. The robust reporting system lets you monitor records by individual, location, region, business unit and corporation. The easy-to-understand reports allow you to act on your findings!
Highlighed in yellow is what reports you are subscribed to. It lists where the mail was sent to and the last delievered date. 1. Viewing the reports as lists makes it easier to view reports from a moblie device. (see screen shot below) 2. Clicking "resend subscriptions" resends the subscribtions that you are currently subscribed to. 3. This feature allows you to decide how often you recieve a certain report.

Report Subscriptions
A feature of the Report Library is the ability to subscribe to a report. The subscription will be sent to you on the 1st of each month or more often if you choose. 1- The subscription will have the report parameters you set when you subscribed. (Note: Date parameters are not included in these set parameters.) These subscriptions will come directly to your email inbox. The sender will be 'Alert.System@rci-safety.com' 2- Choose how often you wish to receive this report and click "add subscription". With this function you can subscribe to the same report mulitple times with different parameters.
When you click on "Report Library" the "home screen" will list all the reports that you have subscribed to. If you did not recieve the alert or would like them re-sent click on the "Resend Subscriptions" button.
Unsubcribing Subscriptions
To unsubscribe simply go back to the report and click the [Unsubscribe] button.
