Schedule
The Schedule area is where audits are entered. It also provides an overview of all audits.
- Click on Administration
- Corporate users scroll down to Programs (C) -- All other users scroll down to Administration
- Click on Policy Audit Administration
- Select Schedule
Policy Audit Schedule Screen:

- Sort by All, Completed, or Uncompleted audits
- Sort by All, Approved, or Unapproved audits
- View Both or sort by Corporate or Location audit types
- View All locations or sort by a specific location
- Date of audit completion, date of approval, score, number of variances (findings) from completed audit
- Press the
[Go] button to Enter/Edit an audit
- Press the
[Print] to print the document.
Enter / Edit Audit


- Audit details: Type, Name, Frequency, Location
- Select an Audit Team.
- Check the
box if the audit can be marked "Approved".
- This task is restricted to Region, Business Unit, or Corporate level users for corporate type audits.
- The location type audits can be marked "Approved" by Location - Admin level user or above.
- Enter the date an audit was completed using the date picker button.
- Type any comments.
- Upload any supporting documents. Click
[Upload Files (Max 1GB)] button to find the file. Multiple files can be uploaded using this feature.
- Choose the policy section to complete the audit.
- Enter comments
- Enter an audit question value.
- Select the check-box if an incident report should be generated.
- This is what will appear if "N/A" is selected when adding the audit question.
- Remember to save any changes.
