The Settings area is the first step in the audit set up process.
Click on Administration
Scroll down to Programs (C)
Click on Policy Audit Administration
Select Settings
The Policy Audit Settings Screen:
Pick Incident Type: An auditor can enter a comment and choose to generate an incident regarding audit findings. The incident will be entered as whatever type is chosen here. This allows the you to use the existing investigation and corrective action systems available.
Enter Corporate Max Value: This allows you to design the audit structure. For example, a Yes-No type audit can have a max value of "1", "No" answers would be entered as "0". Furthermore, a grading scale audit structure (A,B,C,D,F) could have max value of 5.
If the Enable box is checked (), an incident will automatically be generated when an audit question does not meet the maximum value.
