Supporting Files Pictures and documents can be uploaded to an investigation as supporting files.
- Click on Applications
- Move cursor down to Incident Reporting
- Click on Recordable / First Aid Incidents or Other Incidents
- To investigate an incident press the
 [Investigate] button next to the entry
- Go to the Supporting Files: section of the Investigation form
- Click
 [Browse] to find the file within your documents
- Provide a Friendly Name for the file – this is the file name that will appear in the Uploaded Files list
- Click
 [Add Another] and repeat steps to upload more than one file
- Click the
 [Save] button at the bottom of the form to add the files to the investigation
