The Teams section is where audit teams are assembled. The ability to build teams is based on a user's permission level. (i.e. A user must be a Corporate level user in order to build a Corporate level audit team. A Location - Admin user can build location audit teams.)
Hint: Teams must be assembled before audits can be entered.
Click on Administration
Corporate users scroll down to Programs (C) -- All other users scroll down to Administration
Click on Policy Audit Administration
Select Teams
Policy Audit Teams screen:
Use the and buttons to edit and delete audit teams. Click the [New Team] button to assemble a new team.
Enter a team name
Choose a type: Corporate or Location
If audit type is Location - choose a specific location
Select a team member from the drop down box
Press the [Save] button after each team member selection
List of team members - use the button to remove a team member
