Corporate: A Corporate Audit can only be entered by Region, Business Unit, or Corporate level users. This type of audit would typically be completed by a corporate level auditor or audit team. Location users can view the results but cannot change scores.
Location: A Location Audit can be entered by a Location - Admin or above level user. This audit type would typically be completed more frequently than a Corporate audit.
Enter the name of the audit as it will appear in reports. It may be beneficial to include the frequency in the name.
Set the audit frequency in months. Enter the number of months that will pass between audits (i.e. 12 months for annual audits, 6 months for semi-annual audits, etc)
Enter the audit start date using the date picker button. Any audit not completed by this day will be listed as "past due" in reports.
Select the audit questions that are associated to the audit type. Use the and buttons to expand or contract the sections.
