Add Machine

1. Click on Applications
2. Select Preventative Maintenance, click Preventative Maintenance
3. Click
4. Then click

1. Select a Location
2. Choose a Department, if available
3. Select a Machine Type
4. Pick Equipment from the drop down list or type a new name
5. Check the  box if this equipment is considered vital
6. Enter Parts & Attributes data
7. Enter Next Scheduled Maintenance dates
8. Type any notes, comments, or information specific to this machine
9. Browse and upload any supporting documents
10. Remember to click the  [Save] button when finished

Preventive Maintenance Equipment View

Each machine is displayed on the PM Equipment View page. Click on the underlined column title (i.e. Location, Machine Name, Machine Type, and Critical) to sort by column.
